Joyle Lynch

Joyle Lynch is the current acting Fleet Admiral of the United Naval Forces. He worked extensively with the CSN in offering up support for Operation Sudarberg and Operation Menelaus, and also serves as one of the chairs at the Independent World Council General Assemblies.
