The Prince of Midnight was stationed at Sol, preparing to distribute previously collated nuclear arms to various allied vessels, when it was hijacked and taken out of Sol by a number of coastguards and Earth Orbital station staff, led by Brandon Walsh.

Vincent Lovejoy attempted to track down the warship and return the weaponry to Sol, but he was unable to accurately determine where the Prince had gone. The search was abandoned.
