Hugh Sanderson was one of the five original ATAF test pilots, who attempted to flee the CSN and the ATAF program upon the discovery of the true intentions of Operation Sudarberg, the Pandorans, and the true fate of the Mitikas Empire.

He was assassinated on the orders of Fleet Admirial David Turner, shot behind the wheel of a vehicle he had stolen as he drove down a motorway. He had been said to have been the accomplice of Clinton Oliver and Cody Ferandez.
